We deliver an aftersales services for the Users of the equipment and for the sales channel. With the local presence in Germany, Poland, Czech Rep. , Slovakia, Hungary and with the dedicated agreements with the leading forwarding companies we deliver our services across the whole Europe.


Covering the whole area of aftersales services, we provide following:

    - hotline services – both specialized technical support and global product hotline services (phone, e-mail, chat, video, social channels)
    - RMA process handling – claims processing including: service logistics, repairs/replacements, credit processing
    - rework of the channel returns – picking up the products in large scale, grading & testing, refurbishing of the products, sourcing of the accessories and packaging, printing paper documentation)
    - on-site services for the mission critical equipment (Banking & Insurance industry, Govermental & State offices, Logistic & Production Centers, museums etc. )
    - deep electronical repairs up to SMAD and BGA Level 2 & 3 with the reengineering of the OEM solutions where documentation is not available
    - developing of an user & technical documentation and the FAQ webpages for internet based Vendors’ services
